Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Approval and Instructions
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
Step 3: Package and Ship the Item
Please securely repackage the item in its original packaging. Include all parts, hardware, and documentation. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
Step 4: Inspection and Processing
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline and Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow the following time for your refund to be processed:
