Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please review the following details regarding order processing and delivery:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the request within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Bed Frames, Headboards & Footboards (due to custom sizing and fabric selection)
- Bean Bags, Covers & Refills (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or Made-to-Order Bedroom Sets
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit a Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and detailed instructions. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
- Package & Ship: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation. Ship it to the address provided using a tracked service.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If it meets our conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow the following processing times:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
