• Buffets & Sideboards, Chairs, Chaise Lounges
• Chests & Trunks, Coat Racks, Desks & Desk Sets

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences. The actual color, texture, or finish of products may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Certain items, including custom-sized bed frames, headboards, footboards, and made-to-order bedroom sets, are produced specifically for your order. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.

Hygiene-Related Products

For health and safety reasons, bean bags, covers, and refills cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Order and Payment Terms

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in US Dollars. Depending on your shipping destination, additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This email represents our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between you and Safavieh Furniture.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibilities

Upon delivery, please inspect your items for any visible damage. If you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing. For concealed damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
• You must initiate the request within 15 days of receiving your order
• The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Bed Frames, Headboards & Footboards (due to custom sizing and fabric selection)
  • Bean Bags, Covers & Refills (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Bedroom Sets

Return Process

1. Submit a Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and detailed instructions. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
3. Package & Ship: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation. Ship it to the address provided using a tracked service.
4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If it meets our conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow the following processing times:

• Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
